Alright, now there is a leaked build of the leaked photo I wrote about earlier this month. I have personally put it on my Samsung Epic and ran it, so I know it is real! Here is a review of it on the Epic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvLIt9pz8Kc.
This is currently a leaked build, but my guess is that it might be official! Only time will tel, but my guess is Epics might be getting an OTA (over the air) update sometime very soon. This is very exciting for Epic owners, as Gingerbread has been long awaited. I will be sure to keep everyone updated as things progress!
This is awesome, because even more roms will be coming out soon! From what I hear, this build is very fast and snappy and works well! Hopefully Samsung and Sprint finally release a good update for the Epic.

How do I update from eh06 to ei22?
ReplyDeleteJustin, Do you have clockworkmod installed? If not, you will need to install it, or odin back to stock and let it OTA to EI22
ReplyDeleteI don't have clockworkmod installed. But I can install it. Which do you prefer, odin back or using clockworkmod and why? Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteI say just install clockworkmod so you can just flah an EI22 rom :)
ReplyDeleteWhere would I find an EI22 rom? If I don't want to download clockworkmod, where can I find the odin?
ReplyDeleteWell you need odin to download clockwork. Odin can be found here http://forums.acsyndicate.net/showthread.php/3062-Odin-1.85-download-for-the-Epic-Touch-4G
ReplyDeleteOk lol. I'm sorry. I'm not a developer or anything like that. I just like to keep my toys up to date. I also have the first generation Epic 4g and not the touch. I just need a step by step guide I guess....
